We heard it through the grapevine that Kate Gosslin was coming to Lakeland for a book signing and, as many of you know, I am a HUGE fan! So, of course, we had to go!! It was at our local Family Christian Bookstore and we met up with some good friends of our Stephanie & Todd Raines.
Not knowing how many people were going to be there we decided to get there about a half and hour early. Haha...should have thought that one through a little more!! When we got there the line was through the store, out the door, around the building, and down the street!!! We were a little worried at first because it didn't look like we would make it in to get our books signed in time but the employee's ensured us that we would! By the time Kate started signing books the line was all the way out to the main road which is about a block or two!!
We finally made it up to Kate and got our books signed! She is so pretty in person and even told me that we had a cute baby (Jonathan)!! That made me proud!! Hehe! =)
